Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 10 April 2025

At PROFEX Institute of Technical Education, we strive to provide our students with quality education and support through both online and offline courses in Interior design. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be fair and transparent in our return and refund policy.

1. Course Enrollment and Payment

  • Once a user enrolls in a course (online or offline), the seat is reserved, and necessary arrangements are made to deliver the training.

  • All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan (if applicable) before the commencement of the course.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Offline Courses (Classroom-Based)

  • Cancellation Before Course Start: If students cancel their enrollment at least 7 days before the course begins, they are eligible for a 75% refund of the paid fee.

  • Cancellation Within 7 Days: If the cancellation is made within 7 days of the course start date, a 50% refund will be issued.

  • After Course Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the course has started.

Online Courses (Live or Recorded)

  • Live Online Courses:

    • Cancellation Before First Live Session: A 75% refund is available if cancelled before the first class.

    • After the First Session: A 50% refund is available only if requested within 48 hours of the first session.

    • Beyond 48 Hours: No refunds will be issued after the initial 48-hour window.

  • Pre-recorded Courses / Instant Access Content:

    • Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted to course materials.

3. Course Rescheduling / Transfer

Students can request to transfer their enrollment to a future batch or another course of equal value once provided the request is made at least 5 days before the current course starts. Approval is subject to seat availability and management discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees (if any)

  • Downloadable course materials, eBooks, and digital resources

  • Any third-party software/license costs included in the course

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, students must send an email to info@profex.co.in or contact us at +91 858485 3771  with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Contact number

  • Course enrolled

  • Reason for refund

  • Payment reference

The administration team makes the final decision on refunds, and all refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
